1. Acceptance

By using chipescape.com or making a booking enquiry, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Bookings

• Submitting a request does not guarantee a room until we confirm it in writing.
• Rates are per room, per night and exclude taxes unless stated.
• Cancellations are free up to 48 hours before arrival; after that the first night is charged.
• Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 11am.

3. Guest conduct

Guests must respect other guests, staff and property. We may refuse service or ask a guest to leave where behaviour is unsafe or disruptive. Quiet hours run from 10pm to 7am.

4. Gaming and age limits

Gaming is available only to persons aged 21 or over, who must show valid photo ID on request. Gaming should be for entertainment. We encourage guests to set limits and may restrict access where we are concerned about harm. Nothing on this website is an offer of gambling to anyone in a place where it is not permitted.

5. Website use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access or copy its content for commercial use without permission. All text, logos and design are owned by ChipEscape.

6. Liability

We take reasonable care to keep information accurate but do not guarantee it is always complete or current. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of this website. Boats, pool and spa facilities are used at guests' own risk.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the hotel operates.
